The Direct will run live on August 8th at 7am Pacific Time. For us Australians that will be August 9th at 12am (midnight) AEST.
After a massive showcase of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate at this year’s E3 that uncovered so much information about the game, from what looked to be every character in the game’s roster down to the most minute of mechanical changes. It will be very interesting to see what else the game has to offer. The hope from a lot of gamers is the reveal of even more characters joining the already astoundingly large roster. I personally expect to see the reveal of more Echo Fighters to help flesh out the Echo system we saw unveiled during E3. Specific details on Game Modes would also be a welcome reveal and information about a public test period or how Smash will link up with the yet to be released Switch Online service.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is set to release December 7th of this year. What new details are you hoping the Nintendo Direct will unveil?
