BANDAI NAMCO are preparing to unleash the spooks once again with the announcement of Little Nightmares 2. The game was revealed as part of Gamescom 2019 with a trailer seen below.
Little Nightmares 2 looks to expand on the original, with protagonist ‘Six’ exploring what looks to be a much larger environment than what we saw in the first game. Not only that, but Six will be accompanied by a friend this time around with ‘Mono’ ready to join the journey. It’s also been confirmed that the game will introduce combat for the first time, but we don’t quite know how exactly that will play out.
Little Nightmares, whilst not a perfect game, was a memorable release of 2017 for its great atmosphere, visuals and music. It will be exciting to see how the franchise can evolve.
Little Nightmares 2 is set to release for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch sometime within 2020.
