The Game Awards are in full swing and with that a slew of new juicy announcements.
Gearbox Software came out of nowhere with the announcement of a brand new IP, Godfall, that will be available on PC and PS5. Yes, we’re at a point where games are being announced for the next generation. You can view the trailer below.
Not much is currently known about this new title apart from the fact that it will be a co-op “looter-slasher” with a strong emphasis on melee combat.
The title is slated to be released on PlayStation 5 and PC via the Epic Games Store in holiday 2020, so it is not a far stretch to assume that this may potentially be our first look at a launch title for Sony’s new system.
