Steppy Pants developers raising funds for the Australian bushfire crisis

Posted on January 24, 2020

Steppy Pants is a unique, Australian developed mobile game from the team at Super Entertainment who are now doing their part to raise money for the Australian Bushfire relief efforts.

The game, as described by the studio:

“Keep your cool when faced with bone-breaking odds, like reckless drivers, explosive pavement, and an almost helpless attraction to sidewalk cracks. This seemingly simple and hilarious tapper is packed with 6 different game modes and challenges, thousands of character customization options, and quite literally endless hours of fun!”

The Developers have come up with an exciting and fun way to assist with the devastating bushfires that have recently been wreaking havoc within large areas of Australia, affecting thousands of homes, land areas and people’s lives.

To put this into perspective:

  • approximately 46 million acres of land has been reduced to ashes
  • over 6,000 buildings have been destroyed (approximately half of these are homes)
  • over 30 people have been killed
  • the death toll for Australian animals is over one billion.

A brand new Firefighter character has been created for players to purchase in Steppy Pants. The best part of this is that all proceeds from the purchase of this character will be donated to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Bushfire Appeal.

Super Entertainment joins the likes of Activision, Bungie, and Ubisoft, who have also chosen to donate and raise money for the Aussie Bushfires. There are also many others within the gaming industry choosing to raise and donate money for this great cause, you can learn more here.

It truly is amazing to see the gaming community at large come together and do their part for Australia in our time of need.

Steppy Pants is free to download on Google Play and the App Store right now, and you can learn more about Super Entertainment here.
