As a part of the Xbox Bethesda Showcase this morning, Psychonauts 2 finally received a release date of August 25th, 2021 – and yes, of course, it’s still coming to Xbox Game Pass.
The trailer shows off just some of the bombastic and wild gameplay we can expect from the game when it releases later this year, which is about as zany as you would expect from the team at Double Fine.
In Psychonauts 2, you play as Razputin Aquato, a trained acrobat and powerful young psychic, who has realized his lifelong dream of joining the international psychic espionage organization known as the Psychonauts.
The original Psychonauts came out all the way back in 2005, so sixteen years later, we’re defnitely excited for the sequel to be in our hands.
