Just over a month since the Dead Space remake was announced, our first real look is right around the corner. Developer Motive will show off a “very early look” at the EA published game overnight. This news comes from a tweet, issued below by the official Dead Space twitter. Get very keen, sci-fi horror fans.

The last franchise foray was Dead Space 3 in 2013. It’s been some time. Undoubtedly, it’s a big deal to see just where the game is at. However, expectations of a deep dive may want to be tampered. The communication of this being a “very early” look is clear. Reports by Gamesbeat emphasise that the game is targeting a late 2022 release.
With that being said, it’s a big, exciting time for those that have been wanting something new from the franchise for the past eight years. The early look reveal for the Dead Space remake will be debuting on September 1, 3 AM AEST. If that’s obscenely late or early to you (it is, you’re right), we’ll have a look at the game for you in the morning.
