One game that we definitely expected to see this morning at the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase was Starfield, and sure enough, we got some juicy gameplay. In fact, they ended the show with Todd Howard from Bethesda giving us an in-depth look at the upcoming RPG.
Now releasing in early 2023, the Starfield gameplay showed off exploring a strange planet, what combat looks like, character customisation and more. Check it out.
Excitingly, some new gameplay elements were shown off, including the abilty to design your own base, or even design your own ship in lots of detail. Spaceship combat was also shown for the first time, and a gigantic world was teased, with many different galaxies filled with many different planets to explore. It looks to be an incredibly large experience, to say the least.
Now that we’ve seen some gameplay, it’s hard not to be excited about Starfield. Despite its recent delay, we can’t wait to check it out in 2023 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, also coming day one to Xbox Game Pass.
