Dominaria United is Magic: The Gatherings newest set and we once again have an exclusive card reveal to share! Dominaria is the central plane of the Multiverse which connects all the planes together. It’s the historical beginnings of some of our most beloved characters like Liliana, Urza, Karn, Nicol Bolas and Teferi. Returning to Dominaria means returning to our roots and this coincides with a year long celebration of the games 30th anniversary.
Unite and fight as the Phyrexians invade Dominaria. After being defeated by Urza at great cost many years ago and creating a New Phyrexia on the old plan of Mirrodin, the Phyrexians will stop at nothing to see the world remade in their image. It’s up to Karn and Jaya to unite with Dominaria’s greatest heroes to repel the Phyrexian threat.

- Activated ability: Domain – Pay 3G: Until end of turn, Sunbathing Rootwalla gets +1/+1 for each basic land type among lands you control. Activate only once each turn.
2 mana 2/2’s are a staple in all Limited formats to help round out your curve. Sunbathing Rootwalla could be a great early game play but also give an advantage late game due to its Domain ability. Domain is a returning mechanic that is more powerful depending on how many basic land types you control. So if playing a tri colour deck, for 3 generic 1 green you can pump Sunbathing Rootwalla +3/+3 until end of turn. This card rewards you for splashing colours, so it belongs in a variety of decks. Overall Sunbathing Rootwalla is a great mana sink for those playing green.
