Local horror game darkwebSTREAMER drops new freaky trailer

Posted on December 3, 2023

Brace yourselves, that one spooky streamer game you played at PAX Australia has kicked it up a notch. Horror game darkwebSTREAMER has revealed a fresh new trailer that is even scarier than Australia’s internet speed!

Yep, I’m sleeping with the lights on after that. darkwebSTREAMER has been a crowd favourite on the convention circuit, boasting a streaming simulation experience where you are in control… or are you? As a psycho-horror RPG, darkwebSTREAMER has you juggling your stream, health, finances, and relationships with the game’s incredibly advanced NPCs. Read our thoughts on the demo after getting our claws on it at PAX Aus 2023.

Every choice you make will ultimately decide how your playthrough goes in this horrifying love letter to an unsettling internet. The trailer was also created by none other than Jack Trosi, who worked on the breakout Aussie horror hit, Talk To Me. To say the vibes are PERFECT for this glimpse into the game is an understatement.

Along with the trailer, the game’s Steam page has also gone live. I’m not clairvoyant (unless???), but it seems as though we’ll be seeing a lot more darkwebSTREAMER in the months to come! Developed by We Have Always Lived In The Forest right here in Oz, it’s so exciting to see this team’s hard work coming to fruition.

You can wishlist darkwebSTREAMER now on Steam.
