In collaboration with Dark Horse Books, fans of Naughty Dog’s iconic franchise can experience The Last of Us Part I and Part II like never before in the official script book.
The Last of Us: Part I and Part II Scripts is a 618-page, hardbound omnibus containing the scripts for the iconic Naughty Dog series written by Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross. Including both Part I and Part II, as well as the standalone expansion Left Behind.

Featuring the award-winning scripts by Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross, the book will include a foreword written by Troy Baker (the voice actor of Joel Miller), as well as contain art created by Naughty Dog’s principal character concept artist, Hyoung Nam.
Talking about the book, co-writer for The Last of Us Part II, Halley Gross, stated: “Neil and I had the honour of leading this story, but the truth is, it only exists because of the remarkable team at Naughty Dog. Every moment was built by people who bring their full hearts and talent to the table. This compilation is a tribute to the studio and a celebration of what’s possible when we create together.”
The Last of Us: Part I and Part II Scripts will be available in bookstores and comic shops from 16 December 2025.
