With the addition of Forza Horizon 3 to the Xbox One X enhanced stable, Microsoft can now state proudly that over 100 titles in their library are now Xbox One X enhanced.
Since the Xbox One X launched a couple of months ago, more and more titles have been added to this list, showing faster loading times, graphical improvements and other enhancements that really shine on a 4K setup (or even a regular setup for that matter).
Other popular games on this list include Assassin’s Creed Origins, Gears of War 4, Forza Motorsport 7, Halo 5: Guardians and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Not to mention the list of other titles that are free to download such as Fortnite Battle Royale and even a range of 360 titles that have received updates, and the list is growing steadily since the console launched back in November.
Forza Horizon 3 originally launched back in September 2016, so seeing it get updated now shows dedication of Microsoft to go back and improve on their previous releases, even the slightly “older” ones.
In our review of the Xbox One X, when talking about playing these enhanced titles we said: “The smoothness, the quickness and the little details are still apparent, even when playing less ‘visually intensive’ experiences. It is undoubtedly an impressive machine and completely worth the cost when it comes to experiencing top-level AAA experiences in the absolute best quality possible, which means anyone who considers themselves more than a “casual” gamer should definitely consider it.”
Driving the open world roads of Australia in glorious 4K feels like as good a reason as any to get stuck back into Forza Horizon 3. Which enhanced games have you played on your Xbox One X? You can check out the full list of titles that benefit from the upgrade here.
